1. Before purchasing tickets, persons must evaluate all the circumstances of the event for which tickets are purchased, including the date, time, place and other conditions of the event, as well as familiarize themselves with all relevant information on purchasing tickets and the performance of the event.

2. Tickets are sold using the payment service providers Paysera, Stripe and Paypal. The parties consider the person who makes the payment for the purchased ticket to watch the live event organized by MB “Dinamiškos paslaugos” as the ticket buyer. The purchased ticket gives the right to watch the event only to its buyer. If the ticket is transferred to third parties, the right to watch the event remains only for the person to whom the ticket is transferred.

3. Persons who have purchased tickets for live video broadcasts will be able to watch them on the day of the event by entering their email address with which the broadcast ticket was purchased. All broadcasts of the event are broadcast on the www.uniquetma.com website.

4. Buyers, while watching the purchased live broadcast on the www.uniquetma.com website, do not have the right to rebroadcast it in any way, including but not limited to social networks, websites or any other information communication channels, as well as during live events.

5. If MB “Dinamiškos paslaugos” determines that the ticket buyer broadcasts a live broadcast, p. 4 of these rules, in the specified ways, the buyer undertakes to pay a fine of EUR 85,000 to MB “Dinamiškos paslaugos” within 3 working days of the request, which will be considered the minimum losses incurred by MB “Dinamiškos paslaugos” and does not need to be additionally proved.

6. Disputes between the parties are examined in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, with territorial jurisdiction being determined based on the address of MB “Dinamiškos paslaugos” headquarters.

7. If the person providing the services has canceled the provision of services or otherwise informed that the services provided by him will not be provided or the date, place or other important service (excluding cases where the event program is changed due to no fault of the organizer) ,criteria have changed, persons who have purchased tickets may apply for a refund. The money will be returned to the buyer within 15 working days.

8. The company notes that persons who purchased tickets remotely have the right to request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days, except in cases where the event has ended, and the ticket is non-refundable if the request is submitted later than the day of the event – the money is not refunded.

9. Only the person who paid for the Tickets can submit a request for a refund. Refunds are made no later than within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the request. The money is returned to the bank account from which the payment was made when purchasing the coupons.
